Willoughby Town Centre is located at 80th Avenue and 208th Street, Langley. The Willoughby District is the fastest growing district in the Township of Langley with an increase of population of over 200% in the last 7 years. The Yorkson Neighbourhood surrounding the Willoughby Town Centre is projected to reach a population of approximately 28,000 people over the coming years ensuring a vibrant, local and captive market for the Willoughby Town Centre.

The project is a phased, multi-use development. Phase I is a 150,000 sq ft office/retail project comprised of an office building and a village shopping centre anchored by a 27,000 sq ft Loblaw’s Independent Grocer and a 16,000 sq ft Shoppers Drug Mart. Phase I will also offer 230 – 322 condominium homes in the village core. Later Phases will include the potential for an additional 50,000 sq ft of retail/office commercial space and potential for up to 340 additional condominium residences.

Willoughby Town Centre opened in December 2012 with the opening of Hakam’s Your Independent Grocer followed by RBC Royal Bank, Kensington Presentation Centre, Sassy Nail Salon & Spa, Noma Sushi, Town Centre Liquor Store, Mattu’s Coffee & Tea, Shoppers Drug Mart, with other services and retailers on the way.
